"This muse was the first man I ever shot starting in 2005. I find his body beautiful and the creative energy between us intense. He is a dancer so he knows how to move his body before my camera. He is also the type of soul that can portal easily with me when creating art. This photograph is haunting and beautiful in the same moment. Masks have over the past 2 years begun to entrance me. I asked Johnny if I could photograph him nude in one of the masks he made for his performance art. I felt haunted and entranced as I took this photograph." -Gibson
