PORTFOLIOS > EROTICA: FROM THE OUTSIDE IN (works from 2002-2009)

I was shooting a flyer for my friend's upcoming performance art show. Greg, a performance artist, pushes the boundaries of the audience's comfort with the human body and sexuality in a crude and real way. When he showed up for the shoot he told me that the model with him was his ex-boyfriend. I told him I thought it interesting that he brought his ex-boyfriend to do an erotic shoot with. A few minutes later they were naked on my bed and I was able to fade to the background as their passion and entanglement unraveled before me.
This photograph explores the intensity of just one more night with a past lover.
